Carter’s was looking to take its app from a tired shopping experience to one filled with moments of surprise and delight.
We reinvigorated the entire UI to better reflect the joy that comes with having a child. Optimizing the app, we built features that were inherently helpful and engaging, and that also sped up the shopping process.
